All goods purchased from UpStore are delivered by courier. Payment is possible only through accepted credit cards. Purchase transactions from UpStore take place through bank “Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto”, to which international credit card circuits directly interface.
To ensure your utmost security, UpStore will never know your credit card codes.

Italy (Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia excluded): 9 euros each 5 items
Calabria, Sicily and Venice: 12 euros each 5 items.
Sardinia: 15 euros each 5 items
Area 1 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Principality of Monaco, Germany, Greece, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Scotland, Spain): 20 euros – first delivery, max 2 items; 30% extra costs every 2 other items
Area 2 (Austria, Finland, Wales, Ireland, Sweden): 25 euros – first delivery, max 2 items; 30% extra costs every 2 other items
1. All prices shown on UpStore catalogue are VAT included.
2. In case of error or sold out items, UpStore may not perform the delivery and send a notice
If the courier finds nobody in and can’t make the delivery, he will leave a notification; any additional delivery or storage fees are to be paid directly to the carrier. If the goods are not delivered/picked up within 10 days, they will be returned to UpStore. In order to have it sent back to you, you must require it by e-mail or fax within 10 days from the notice of return to the sender. You will have to pay the cost of storage, as well as shipping costs to UpStore and back to you.
After 10 days without any request, you lose the right to purchase and your payment will be allocated to cover the expenses and services provided by UpStore.
Right of cancellation
In case the goods you received substantially differ from the ones published on the website or do not correspond to your expectations, you can cancel your order within 10 days from the day you received the goods. To proceed with the cancellation, it is necessary the goods are still intact and in their original package.
To cancel your order (according to Legislative decree. 185/99, implementing Directive 97/07/EC) and receive a refund, you must return your item and send a registered letter with advice of receipt to:

In the letter you must specify:
Progressive order number, as reported on the confirmation email you received upon your online purchase
Item code, for each of the the items you are cancelling
Your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone, bank detail with the IBAN of the account to which you want to refund to be paid)
UpStore will make a bank transfer to the account you specified, and will send you a notice by email. Refund will not include original or return shipping charges.
